“Accuddì” in Sicilian language indicates something different from the usual way, that’s the other way! This EVO oil is a blend of three varieties: Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belìce. It is particularly tasty and fruity, with a strong flavor that is counterbalanced by Biancolilla delicateness.
Pairings: it brings out the flavors of Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
Note: Our EVO oil is not filtered, it is just decanted for about one month in steel bins. Possible residues on the bottom of the container do not compromise the product quality, on the contrary, they contain antioxydant (poliphenols). Those have a dual function: they are healty substances and help the oil itself to stay fresh.
