The EVO Oil Accuddì takes its name from the Sicilian word “accussì” that stands for “this way”. A simple word to characterize this simple oil, made by two very typical Sicilian varieties of olives. Nocellara del Belìce and Biancolilla together create a delicate and tasty flavor that is equally liked by adults and the little ones.

To pair with: it matches with all the culinary recipes both raw and cooked. It enhances the flavor of delicate seafood dishes and vegetables.

Note: This EVO Oil is non-filtered but it is decanted in a stainless steel container for about a month. Any residue that may form at the bottom of the package does not compromise the quality of the product as they contain antioxidants (polyphenols, beneficial substances for health, and also for the conservation of the oil itself).
