The white wine Grillo Canaddunaschi 2020 DOC Sicilia is produced with selected Grillo grapes. The grapes are Guyot-trained and harvested manually. 

Color: bright-straw yellow, with golden reflections 

Scent: intense and persistent scent, with elegant hints of citrus, exotic fruit, with a scent of almond 

Taste: great personality, with a strong, persistent, and savory flavor; fresh and persistent on the palate with fruity notes and spices  

To pair with: it matches perfectly with seafood dishes. The strength of the structure of the wine made it a perfect match to red and white meat dishes, cheese, and cold cuts
