“Accussì” means “So”, “In this way”. Simply in this way goes this EVO oil, like simples are the varieties from which it is made from, Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice olives. Those varieties together creates a delicate and light flavour that encounter the taste of young and old.

Pairings: It fits every preparation both cooked and raw. It does not prevaricate the principal taste of the dish. Particularly adapt for delicate dishes like seafood and vegetables.

Note: Our EVO oil is not filtered, it is just decanted for about one month in steel bins. Possible residues on the bottom of the container do not compromise the product quality, on the contrary, they contain antioxydant (poliphenols). Those have a dual function: they are healty substances and help the oil itself to stay fresh.
