The red wine Agata 2021 IGT is produced with selected Nerello Mascalese grapes, Guyot-trained. The grapes are harvested manually.
Color: strong purple red, clear and consistent.
Scent: intense and complex; starts with an intense mix of red fruits, where black cherry syrup and strawberry predominate. Hints of powdered sugar and slightly spiced marzipan.
Taste: freshness of strawberry and grape stands out, despite having a good softness.
To pair with: it goes well with cold cuts and fatty cheeses. Perfect with grilled white and red meats and legume soups.
