The white wine Grillo ‘U Suli 2021 DOC Sicilia is produced with selected Grillo grapes. The grapes are Guyot-trained and harvested manually. 

Color: golden yellow with deep and bright shades

Scent: mediterranean notes of citrus, aromatic herbs and minerals

Taste: perky, fresh and pleasantly savory taste with tannins

To pair with: it is a perfect accompaniment to complex fish dishes such as soups or sardines alla palermitana; the important structure makes it also suitable for spicy meat dishes
