A vertical tasting that explores the evolution of our Grillo wine in three years. The white wine Canaddunaschi is an artisanal and lively wine that evolves over time showing new flavor and scent shades. During these three years, cultivation and vinification practices adopted have no changed. The difference among the wines reflects the peculiarity and the naturality of vineyard management. The different agricultural vintages affect the organoleptic characteristics of the grapes and, consequently, the characteristics of the wine itself, giving each year a different product.
